Criticism and debate about pre-session innovation seats of “Methodological framework for Islamic social sciences" will be held by Research Institute of Howza and University in cooperation with Support Staff of The Theory Making Seat on Saturday, April 30.

Hujjat al-Islam Dr. Hussein Bostan, Assistant Professor of Department of Sociology at Research Institute Of Howza and University as the speaker of this session in an interview with the public relations office said: in recent years, debates on the idea of religious science, Islamization of science and in particular, the Islamic humanities have had a philosophical nature considering the principles and general presuppositions of this subject without regarding the issues about the methodology.

Theoretical innovations of Islamic social sciences as necessarily discussed ontological, epistemological and axiological principles, but it is felt the necessity of emphasizing on the methodological aspects of Islamic social sciences seeking to provide a coherent methodological framework for Islamic social science as it aimed explaining the framework of the process approaching to theorize Islamic social sciences in several clear steps.

As most important results of theoretical innovations of Islamic social sciences, is to bring Islamic social sciences paradigm into existence, he said. Then he added: it will be achieved when the discussions of the idea of religious science and in particular, the Islamic social sciences not remained in the philosophical foundations.
