As a major presumption for arriving at the Islamic management, through this article, it has been tried to elucidate the epistemology of Islamic management and tend to reveal the epistemological foundations from which this knowledge has originated. Religious epistemology provides us with further methods and resources in the process of research; moreover, breaking through their exclusive views, it approves function of the other epistemological sources and methods. Applying to revelation is the other source which is propounded by religious epistemology, and impressed by such an epistemology, the Islamic management has found the other course to extend its issues and methods. This article scrutinizes the epistemological approach and discourses on its effects in various branches of management.
