The book is compiled in three section and 11 chapters. The first section, entitled "Social strata and management examples", is reviewed in two chapters on "managing cultural diversity", and "management examples." In the second section, "Management of social classes" is examined from the perspective of Imam Ali (AS) and issues such as "management of military affairs", "management of judicial affairs", "management of brokers affairs", "management of economic affairs", "management of security and information affairs", "management of commercial affairs", and "management of the vulnerable affairs" are reviewed in Chapters III to IX. In the third section, "An outlook of Islamic management" is depicted in accordance with Nahj al-Balaghah, Letter 53 and includes Chapters X "ultimate goals" and XI "general framework".
