The book consists of two sections and 15 chapters. The first section deals with positive behaviors and topics such as "nature and manner of behaviors", "how to properly deal with individuals’ defects", "how to deal with traditions and norms", ​​"peace and awareness in relations", "active confirmation and positioning", "public relations and consultation in work", "self-denial management", "moderation in behavior", and "experience learning" are the subject of the nine chapters included in this section. The second section covers negative behaviors in Chapters X and XV by addressing the following topics: "avoiding magisterial behaviors", "avoiding guilt trip," "avoiding flattering and exaggeration in work," "avoiding arrogant behavior," "avoiding anthropophobia", and "avoiding economic rent".
