In this book, organizational behavior at the group level is studied with regard to the Islamic approach in four general sections:

In Group Behavior section, the scientific and Islamic views on the formation of the group and its functions, different types of groups, group dynamics and its components analysis, group decision making and group decision making in the age of the Prophet (PBUH), and structural variables are investigated.

In Organizational Communication section, human communication models in Islam and its communication methods are described, and different types of communication in Islamic propositions and organizational communications are studied. Furthermore, a relevant Islamic model is developed.

In Authority section, there is a general overview on the concept of authority and its two main types (namely organizational and personal authority), and moral authority is introduced as the superior type, which was emphasized by the Imams (AS). The main components of this type of authority are piety, compassion and tolerance, affection and love, repelling (evil) with what is best, and mindedness.

In Conflict section, disagreement, conflict of behavior, contrast and competition are analyzed and the Islamic approaches to each one are investigated.
