Imam Khomeini’s divine and supreme leadership was a phenomenon inspiring many theorists of the contemporary world. Investigating Imam Khomeini’s personality, life, and leadership style can be a model for Muslim leaders and managers at the macro and micro levels.

In this book, the leadership concepts and terms such as management, leadership, leadership style and stylistics of Imam Khomeini’s leadership are examined.

Furthermore, Imam Khomeini’s approach to leadership and the features of the Islamic leadership model are considered. From Imam Khomeini’s viewpoint, leadership is summarized as service, brotherhood, sacrifice, and inspiration. Adopting this approach, a leader is described as a servant, brother, sacrificer, and inspirer.
