In the current era, Imam Khomeini’s divine and spiritual leadership is a unique phenomenon fascinating the theorists of the contemporary world. An elaboration on his leadership model can provide a good example for the Islamic leaders and rulers at the macro level. This model has similarities with the Prophet Mohammad’s (PBUH) governance on the hearts model in the early days of Islam; thus, it can serve as an effective model for the authorities and leaders of Islamic countries. In this book, terms such as leadership, management, leadership style, and stylistics of Imam Khomeini’s leadership are first described. Imam Khomeini’s approach to leadership and leadership concepts such as service, brotherhood, sacrifice, and inspiration are the other topics covered in this book. The “Heart Management Model" is known as the Imam Khomeini’s leadership model, which encompasses elements such as "divine incentive", "duty-orientedness" and "populism". Finally, the special topics of Imam Khomeini's leadership model are discussed with regard to an analysis of his major management and leadership issues, and their religious foundations are then analyzed.
