"Structural damages" are the most effective and the most harmful damages in Islamic management research. In order to develop knowledge and research in the field of Islamic management, the existing structures in the field of Islamic management should be considered, modified, and improved. Policy maker, methodological, cultural, human, and motivational damages are ranked next in terms of priority, respectively. The results of prioritizing the strategies indicate that the development of a strategic research map in Islamic management, increased cooperation of Hawzah and university in Islamic management studies, the development of Islamic management associations and research institutes, and the publication of methodological and research books on Islamic management reduces about 60% of such damages. If Islamic management authorities focus on the implementation of these four approaches, a large part of the damages in Islamic management studies are expected to be removed.
