The book is authored in two sections and 10 chapters as follows: The first section reviews the features of managers and employees and consists of two chapters: The first chapter, entitled "Features in Management", encompasses the most important features of human resources at different levels, and the second chapter, entitled "Effective Fellows", examines the best colleagues.  The second section refers to the managers’ tasks in the Chapter III-X. In this book, these tasks are discussed and explained as "planning and management of affairs", "time setting and time management", "consulting and decision making", "organizing", " leadership ", " human resources recruitment and selection", "training, assessment, and development of human resources", and "control and supervision".
