The present book detects management topics in four sections and 12 chapters with a focus on the Nahj al-Balaghah, Letter 53. In the first section, the "administration model" commanded by Imam Ali (AS) to Malek Ashtar is examined. This topic encompasses two chapters entitled "Letter outlook" and "Discussion Outline." In the second and third sections, management foundations are discussed in Chapters III to IX under the following titles: "Lists", "rules", "Principles", "Harmony and Coherence ", "Fairness and Justice", "Public Satisfaction", "Trust and trust creation", and "faithfulness". The fourth section deals with the management dimensions (namely "deism", "populism" and "self-management") in Chapters X to XII.  These dimensions are actually three main pillars in all aspects of governance and management so that the quality of management and its nature are mostly influenced by these dimensions, the ignorance of which reduces the effectiveness of government and renders it inactive.
