Islamic organizational behavior is an interdisciplinary branch that considers the behaviors in organizations. In this book, Islamic approaches in the field of organizational behavior (individual analysis) are studied and religious models are developed and introduced in each of the sub-domains. The present research is a theoretical study which is descriptive-analytic in terms of its methodology and exploratory in terms of its objective. Regarding the analysis method, it is a study using content analysis (based on the Ijtihad method). The variables of individual behavior include independent variables such as value, origin, perception, motivation, emotions and feelings, individual decisions, and attitude, whose effects on dependent variables (i.e., normal and abnormal behaviors in the organization) are examined. The conceptual model is a systemic model, in which personality traits, values, inherent emotional framework, and early attitudes are the inputs of individual behaviors; perceptions and motivations, feelings and emotions, and individual decisions are process components; and occupational attitudes and normal and abnormal behaviors are considered as output.
