This book as the second book of the comparative Tafsir research series consists of five chapters. The first chapter is on generalities and encompasses topics such as the semantics of the term "Ahl al-Bayt", "the classification of verses about Ahl al-Bayt", "a short review of previous research," and "wisdom of refusing the explicit name of Imams in the Quran."

The second to the fifth chapters comparatively contain the Tafsirs of the verse of Wilayah (al-Māʼida, 55-56), the verse of obedience (An-Nisa, 59), the verse of propagation (al-Māʼida, 67), and the verse of the Exal (al-Māʼida, 3) in separate chapters. The chapters also encompass the preliminary discussions, the discovery of common points between Shia and Sunni, a separate study and evaluation of Shia and Sunni’s views based on their arguments, as well as the examination and critiques of their controversies and doubts about the accepted view.

In these chapters, the author exclusively focuses on the comparative examination of Tafsirs for the verses concerning the guardianship right of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) (with its various aspects) at the superficial level of verses (versus the deep Quranic levels).
