Ahl al-Bayt (AS) of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) has a privileged position in the Holy Quran. Some concepts such as Ahl al-Bayt (al-Ahzab, 33), "Ahl al-Zekr" (An-Nahl, 43; Al-Anbiyāʼ, 7), "al-Qorba" (al-Anfal, 41; al-Hashr, 7), "Uli al-Amr" (an-Nisa, 59), "the knowledgeable" (al- Ankabūt, 49),"those who have the knowledge of the Book "(Ar-Raʻd, 43),"Sadeqin" (al-Tawbah, 119),"those of our worshipers whom We chose" (al-Fatir, 32), and other represent their dignity at the superficial level of the Quran, which is significant regardless of the inner dimension of the Quran. The present book selects a number of relevant verses in this regard and classifies them as virtues and rights of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in order to systematically explain and analyze their contents according to the evidence inside and outside the text (based on the traditions of the Sunni and Shia) and to respond to doubts. Among the virtues of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) are purification and their being counterpart to the Quran. Their rights also include their rights to know, Islamic guardianship, obedience, Mawadda (kindness), and inheritance of the earth. These are the aspects covered in the present book.
