The present book, which deals with "individual lifestyle", on the one hand, focuses on the academic environment and current lifestyle issues, and, on the other hand, adopts an Islamic and prescriptive approach. Structurally, the book encompasses fifteen lessons consistent with the unit planning principles. The content of each lesson is considered for a session and the arrangement of the lessons is based on a logical order as follows: (1) Concepts and prerequisites; (2) Background in Western countries and Iran; (3) Sociological and psychological views; (4) An perspective of Islamic lifestyle; (5) Attitudes that hierarchically link behaviors; (6) Individual approaches such as "thinking and science", "creating internal attributes," "worship and spirituality," "time management," "work duty", " "nutrition and health", etc.; (7) Family’s duties and functions, including sexual issues, parental duties, leisure and comfort, and kinship; (8) An individual’s duties regarding social, economic, cultural, political, and security institutions.
