Face of Self: Self-Knowledge by Monotheistic Integrated Approach
We all have heard about self-knowledge or self-awareness and used this term a lot in conversations and writings. Many individuals, however, do not know themselves as required and are unaware of their true traits because few persons spend time to contemplate themselves and to understand their own traits and features. Furthermore, people rarely analyze their needs, values, interests, beliefs, or lifestyles. Most people are struggling to do their daily routines and constantly trying to provide wealth, power, progress, and even knowledge in order to reach welfare and comfort as such they less mediate over themselves. This book aims to make you familiar with the complex and diverse dimensions of yourself in order to discover the greatness of this unique being and to have a clearer understanding of your attributes, abilities, feelings, beliefs, values, behaviors, and relations with yourself and others. Adopting an integrated approach, the author seeks to present a clear picture of the human's biological, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions, and thus suggesting a human recognition model that allows everyone to reach an understanding consistent with his own level of knowledge and awareness and to get familiar with one’s various dimensions to some extent.
