This work is an attempt to explain the Christian and religious science in the Western world, the most important message of which is that the theories of religious science have a long history and that this issue is not just for the past few decades and not exclusive to Iran and some Islamic countries. This shows the historical and functional significance of religious science in today’s world. The book is to find out the causes and reasons for proposing the theories of Christian science, and to ascertain what effects and consequences these theories have produced. Concerning the causes, one can point out the importance and functions of modern empirical science, the limitations and crises resulting from the extremist views to them, and their improper application, as well as the spiritual crisis of modern humans and the role of the religions in its management.
