The universe is created in the best possible form, and is always guided in the best way possible. This theory, which is called "the Perfect System", can be investigated from two perspectives: The description of the features of All-Mighty, and in response to evil. Based on this theory and regarding the features of All-Mighty, including knowledge, wisdom, and absolute power, the creation and guidance of the world is in the best way possible. If further measures are adopted to clarify the comprehensiveness of the subject and the detailed plan of the Qur'ān's view, many of the mental and psychological problems of the contemporary people will be resolved. Accordingly, one the negative view to events and transformations will be eliminated, the pessimism and anxiety of humans will be reduced or eradicated, and the world will be represented as an absolute beauty. The present research is a small step in understanding this great thought from the perspective of the Holy Quran.
