کتاب حاضر، بازتابی از رویکرد فلسفی هستی‌شناسی به نظریه‌های سازمان و مدیریت است. نظریه‌ها در خلأ فلسفی شکل نمی‌گیرند. دانش موجود مبتنی بر هستی‌شناسی اثباتی، تفسیری، انتقادی و پست‌مدرن به‌وجود آمده است. هستی‌شناسی حکمت متعالیه می‌تواند به ایجاد پارادایم جدیدی در نظریه‌های سازمان و مدیریت منتهی شود. این اثر در سه بخش و دوازده فصل تدوین شده است: بخش اول به سازمان، مدیریت، فلسفه و رابطه متقابل بین آنها با مراجعه به پیشینه می‌پردازد. بخش دوم تبیینی از پارادایم نظریه‌های مدیریتی (پوزیتیویسم، تفسیری، انتقادی، پست مدرن) و هستی‌شناسی هریک از آن‌ها ارائه می‌دهد. بخش سوم به تبیین هستی‌شناسی فلسفه اسلامی با تاکید بر حکمت‌متعالیه و محورهای تاثیرگذاری آن بر دانش سازمان و مدیریت می‌پردازد. همچنین چهارچوب مفهومی هستی‌شناسی حکمت متعالیه در جدول مقایسه‌ای با سایر مفاهیم فلسفی هستی‌شناسی استخراج شده است. یافته‌ها امکان استخراج دانش مدیریت و سازمان مبتنی بر فلسفه اسلامی را نشان می‌دهد.

The Book is a reflection of the philosophical approach of ontology to the theories of organization and management. The existing knowledge based on positivist, interpretive, critical and postmodern ontology has been created. The ontology of Hekmat-e Mota'ali can lead to the creation of a new paradigm in the theories. This Book was prepared in three parts and 12 chapters: The first part dealt with the organization, management, philosophy and the mutual relationship between them by referring to the literature. The second part explained the paradigm of management theories and the ontology of each of them. The third part explained the ontology of Islamic philosophy with an emphasis on Hekmat-e Mota'ali and its influence on the knowledge. the conceptual framework of ontology of Hekmat-e Mota'ali was extracted in a comparison table with other concepts of ontology. The findings showed the possibility of extracting knowledge of management and organization based on Islamic philosophy.
