اثر حاضر تلاش ‌دارد بر پایه روش تفسیر موضوعی و چارچوب‌ نظری واگذارانگی-کارگزارانگی در علوم‌سیاسی، نظریه  مشارکت‌ سیاسی در قرآن را در مقابل بدیل‌های سکولاریستی کاویده و تحلیل نماید. بر این‌ مبنا، پژوهش بر آن ‌است که در دولت ‌دینی، نظریه‌ مطلوب قرآن به رهیافتی که می‌توان حداکثری ‌مشروط (واکارگزارانه) نامید نزدیک‌تر است که از نظر شرعی در حدوث و بقای دولت ‌دینی شرطیت دارد. ظروف و حاملان؛ مؤلفه‌ها، انواع و دلایل مشارکت سیاسی حداکثری‌ مشروط، تشکیل‌دهنده فصول‌کتاب است. آیات دال‌بر مشروطگی مشارکت ‌سیاسی؛ آیات‌ اولوالامر، آیه ‌امامت، آیه‌ اولویت، و آیات دال بر ابلاغ قوانین ‌الهی است. آیات دال بر حداکثری ‌بودن نیز، آیات‌ شورا، بیعت، وفای‌ به‌ عقد، امر به‌ معروف و نهی‌ از منکر، خطابات ‌عمومی قرآن، خلافت،  امانت و... است. حجیت عقد سیاسی میان حاکم و مردم، الزام نهاد شورا در عرصه ‌عمومی، مشارکت ‌سیاسی فعال به‌مثابه امر به ‌معروف و نهی ‌از منکر و دخالت در تعیین‌ سرنوشت، حق انتخاب‌گری و گزینش‌ عمومی مردم، خلافت ‌نوعیه ‌مشککه که از خداوند در راستای حق‌ مشارکت، و حق وانهادن‌حکومت‌ به شایستگان به‌مثابه امانت از ارکان‌ رهیافت مشارکت‌ سیاسی «حداکثری ‌مشروط» (واکارگزارانه) است. بر این‌ پایه مشارکت‌ مطلوب، به‌صورت جزءالعله دارای اصالت است، اما مشروط به‌ برخی شروط ‌پیشینی است.
 
 
Political Participation
in the Quran

The present work attempts to explore the theory of political participation in the Quran against secularist alternatives based on the method of thematic interpretation and the theoretical framework of delegation-agency. On this basis, the research is that in a religious state, the desired theory of the Quran is closer to an approach that can be called conditional maximalism, which is legally conditional in the emergence and survival of a religious state. Vessels and carriers;components, types, and reasons for conditional maximalism political participation constitute the chapters of the book. The verses indicating the constitutionality of political participation are the verses of the first command, the verse of imamate, the verse of priority, and the verses indicating the communication of divine laws. The verses indicating maximalism are also the verses of consultation, allegiance, fulfillment of the contract, commanding what is known and forbidding what is wrong, the public addresses of the Quran, caliphate,and trust
